Fall & Frost offers two lakeside packages, each styled specifically for waterfront homes on Lake Norman and Lake Wylie: the Lakeside Luxe Fall package brings nautical-inspired pumpkin displays with soft rope lighting, while the Lakeside Luxe Frost package features Fraser fir trees, poinsettias, and pre-lit garland with navy lanterns for winter. Both are $975 and include full design and setup — your porch or dock is styled to be enjoyed from the water as well as the street.

How much do lakeside porch packages cost in Charlotte?
Both lakeside packages — Lakeside Luxe Fall and Lakeside Luxe Frost — are $975, with free delivery and design included. As with our other packages, end-of-season removal is available separately as a $99 add-on.

Yes — our lakeside packages are designed to transform both your porch and your dock into a styled seasonal space, since waterfront homes are often viewed from the water as well as the street. Each design accounts for that dual view, so your display looks intentional from either direction.

The Lakeside Luxe Fall package delivers during the weeks of late September through late October, while the Lakeside Luxe Frost package delivers mid-November through early December. Because Lake Norman and Lake Wylie-area homes often have larger, more visible displays, we recommend booking a few weeks ahead of your preferred delivery window to secure your spot.
