How much does a fall porch decorating service cost in Charlotte?

Fall & Frost packages start at $195 for Fall, $400 for Winter, and $975 for our Lakeside collection, with pricing scaling based on porch size and design scope. Every package includes free delivery and design. End-of-season removal is available separately as a $99 add-on.

What if my home is not located in one of your service areas?

If you live near one of our established service areas, we may be able to deliver to you for an additional surcharge. Please contact us at hello@fallandfrost.com for further inquiries.

How far in advance should I book my porch decorating service?

Our booking calendar fills up quickly, especially once fall arrives in early September and again as winter demand picks up in October. Booking early is the best way to help secure your preferred delivery week, particularly if you have a specific date in mind for a holiday, event, or gathering.

When will my delivery be scheduled?

After your purchase is completed, we will begin scheduling based on your location. You will receive an email from us letting you know when your package will be delivered and set up. If you need it by a specific date, please note so in the special notes section at checkout — we cannot guarantee your desired date, but we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do I need to be home during setup and delivery?

Not at all! As long as we have easy access to the area you've designated for your setup, there's no need for you to be home.

Do you offer pick-up services after the season?

Yes! As an optional add-on for $99, our team will return to pick up and dispose of your seasonal décor at the end of the season, so there's nothing for you to store or haul away yourself.

What do you do with the pumpkins that are picked up at the end of the season?

We donate them to a local farm to use for the animals.

What's your weather policy - what happens in rain or extreme heat?

Our team monitors the forecast closely and will adjust delivery timing if severe weather is expected, so your display is installed safely and looks its best from day one.

Can I order a package for someone else?

Yes! Our packages make the perfect gift for fall lovers. The Pumpkin Pal Package is a particularly great gift to surprise your neighbors with. Simply add their address at checkout, and we'll handle the rest.

Do you offer a Halloween-themed package?

While we do not have a Halloween-specific package, we do offer a great add-on called the Pumpkin Pal Pack, which comes with Halloween stickers that can be used to decorate the pumpkins — great fun for kids!

What if I don't see a package that fits my style and/or space?

If I have some items that I would like to incorporate into the design, will you add them?

Yes, simply leave them on the porch and we will incorporate as much as we can, depending on the size of the porch and the design.

Will my front porch look exactly like the pictures on the website?

No, they'll look very similar, but natural color and size variations mean your porch may not match the photos exactly.

Do you use real pumpkins?

We use exclusively real, hand-selected pumpkins in all of our fall packages. For winter packages, we use a mix of real and artificial greenery and accents, chosen for what looks and holds up best in each design.

Do you work with businesses and non-residential customers?

Yes, we do! We work with corporate offices, restaurants, boutiques, and salons to create eye-catching fall displays that attract customers, and can even include pumpkins stenciled with your logo. How should I care for the items in my package(s)?

We take great care in preparing our products to ensure they are of the highest quality. However, because they are perishable, we recommend the following steps to best ensure they last through the season:

Pumpkins

Any scratches or bruises can lead to quicker rotting. To extend their lifespan, we recommend placing your pumpkins in a shaded area for added protection.

Mums

Try to expose your mums to at least six hours of sunlight each day and keep the soil consistently moist, but not soggy.

Fraser Fir Trees

Just keep the soil lightly moist. To check if your tree needs watering, insert your finger into the soil — if the top 2 inches feel dry, it's time to water thoroughly until the excess drains from the bottom.

Poinsettias

Try to expose your poinsettias to at least six hours of sunlight each day and water when the top inch of soil is dry.

If I buy a package that includes mums, what size should I expect?

Since we'd like your mums to last throughout the season, we deliver ones with some or most of the buds still closed, so they open and become beautiful over time.

Where do you get your products from?

We partner with local farms and vendors in North and South Carolina to source high-quality, fresh products for our packages while supporting our community.

If any of my pumpkins rot before Thanksgiving, will you replace them?

Unfortunately, no. Because pumpkins are a natural, perishable product, factors like weather, temperature swings, and sun exposure are outside of our control once they're delivered, so we're not able to offer replacements. We always take care to source the freshest, highest-quality pumpkins available for every package, to give them the best possible chance of lasting beautifully through the season.
