After the purchase is completed, we will begin scheduling based on location. You will receive an email from us stating when you package will be delivered and set up. If you need it by a specific date, please note so in the special notes section. We cannot guarantee that you will get your desired date, but we will try our best to accommodate you.
Not at all! As long as we have easy access to the area you've designated for your setup, there's no need for you to be home.
If you live near one of our established service areas, we may be able to deliver to you for an additional surcharge. Please contact us at hello@fallandfrost.com for further inquiries.
Yes! As an optional add-on, you can choose to have our team pick up and dispose of the items for you.
We donate them to a local farm to use for the animals.
